Better Than Ever: With Community Platforms On the Rise, Helpstream Posts Record Breaking Results

It’s no surprise to anyone that we’re in the midst of what is likely (hopefully) the worst economic situation of our lifetime. Though, in spite of such a tough business climate, thanks to great leadership and hard work from an outstanding team, Helpstream is thrilled to announce the strongest quarter in our company’s history.

There are now more than 200 companies actively using our community-driven customer service platform to engage and collaborate with their customers, an increase of over 50% since the beginning of the year. And our quarterly revenues have literally quadrupled in comparison to any other quarter since Helpstream was founded in 2006.

What’s even more exciting than these numbers is the quantity and quality of companies that are interested in social business applications. We’ve seen a transformation in the way people think about social software and how much their organization needs it to be successful in today’s Web/Enterprise 2.0 world. Thanks to the education of folks like Dion Hinchcliffe, Sameer Patel, Gil Yehuda, Susan Scrupski, Marshall Kirkpatrick and many others who have preached the virtues of Enterprise 2.0 technologies, companies of all sizes understand that these technologies are essential, and they’re demanding technology that meets their needs.

This is a great sign not just for Helpstream, but for our industry, and for customers everywhere.
