Community-only version of Helpstream hits AppExchange

Cloud computing has become a rich medium businesses can take advantage of to connect faster and, often, on the cheap – opening fresh revenue streams or stumbling upon the next star customer in the process. Force.com’s AppExchange on-demand application marketplace is a strong example of cloud computing in action.

We at Helpstream are proud to unveil a community-only version of our product available on AppExchange today. Essentially, it’s an add-on to your SFDC CRM so you are getting the best of business process (CRM) and social collaboration (community) in one place.

Thinking about this from a true social enterprise perspective – bringing this to your current range of business process means you can find solutions in a format similar to Facebook, flag and scrutinize cases and bring them to multiple folks in your community, including sales, marketing and others. This also helps measure community effectiveness, ROI and overall customer satisfaction. Isn’t that the end goal, anyway? Happy customers.
